Key Responsibilities:
- Handle branch operational activities and backend processes
- Verify proposal forms and documentation before submission
- Coordinate with underwriting & HO team for policy issuance
- Ensure timely login, issuance & dispatch of policies
- Maintain branch MIS reports and daily sales data
- Support sales team for query resolution
- Manage customer service requests (endorsement, renewal, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company & IRDA guidelines
- Handle cash, cheque deposits and record maintenance
Skills Required:
- Positive communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Coordination & follow-up skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products
