Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Branch Manager to manage the daily operations, team performance, patient experience, sales, and business growth of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the clinic’s complete day-to-day operations

- Coordinate doctors, consultants, therapists, front-office, and support staff

- Monitor appointments, consultations, treatments, patient flow, and follow-ups

- Prepare duty rosters and manage staff attendance, training, discipline, and performance

- Ensure excellent patient service and professionally resolve complaints

- Explain treatment packages, pricing, payment options, and follow-up schedules

- Monitor enquiries and improve consultation, treatment, and package conversions

- Achieve monthly revenue, sales, patient-retention, and branch-performance targets

- Track billing, collections, expenses, discounts, outstanding payments, and daily transactions

- Manage inventory, product stock, consumables, wastage, and expiry dates

- Maintain patient records, consent forms, treatment documentation, and reports

- Ensure clinic cleanliness, hygiene,



sterilization, safety, and confidentiality

- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management

- Coordinate local promotions, campaigns, patient-engagement activities, and social-media enquiries

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Previous experience managing a skin, hair, dermatology, aesthetic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare clinic is preferred

- Strong leadership, communication, team-management, and problem-solving skills

- Experience in clinic sales, lead conversion, revenue targets, and patient retention

- Ability to manage billing, inventory, staff schedules, operations, and performance reports

- Basic knowledge of skin, hair, scalp, aesthetic, and laser treatments is preferred

- Professional appearance, positive attitude, accountability, and solid work ethics

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
