Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our immigration consultancy branch. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in immigration sales, team management, client handling, counselling, and business development

Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the complete operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales and immigration counselling team
- Set monthly sales targets and ensure achievement of branch revenue goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase immigration leads, conversions, and revenue
- Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent client experience throughout the immigration process.
- Guide clients regarding PR, work permits, tourist/visitor visas, and other immigration programs
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and payment.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales follow-ups.
- Track individual and team KPIs and take corrective action where required.
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the documentation, visa processing, marketing, and operations teams
- Maintain accurate branch reports, sales reports, lead records, and revenue forecasts.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.




- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to branch growth.
- Ensure that the team follows company policies, processes, and ethical sales practices.
- Train new team members on immigration products, sales techniques, counselling, and customer handling.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration policies, visa programs, documentation requirements, and market trends

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.
- 4–10years of experience in immigration, overseas education, visa consultancy, or related industries.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a team leadership/branch management role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of immigration products and processes.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, counselling, and leadership skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage pressure and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to achieve individual sales target too.
- Punctual
