Educational Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks
- Must be computer literate

Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Gold Loan company
- Mandatory experience in Gold Loan Operations

Language Skills
- Conversant in local language and English

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions and ensure high service standards
- Perform selling and cross-selling of gold loan and related products
- Manage end-to-end gold loan documentation
- Execute and monitor the complete gold loan process
- Ensure proper custody, safety, and management of gold loan assets
- Manage vault operations, including vault keys and storage controls
- Conduct customer follow-ups, renewals, and loan closures
- Handle secure gold handling during renewal and closure
- Possess working knowledge of gold valuation
- Support internal and external audit processes
- Maintain bookkeeping records and basic accounting entries
- Ensure process adherence, compliance, and operational controls
