About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch / Showroom Manager to drive sales, manage daily operations, and lead showroom staff at our Ernakulam branch, specializing in EV scooters and consumer electronics (TVs).

Key Responsibilities

- Operations & Decorum: Maintain showroom neatness, staff etiquette, punctuality, and overall branch discipline.
- Sales & Targets: Lead sales performance to consistently achieve assigned monthly branch targets across EV scooters and TVs.
- Inventory & Finance: Oversee stock management and supervise cash handling. Coordinate with existing finance partners and onboard new agents to offer customer financing solutions.
- Team Leadership:



Manage branch headcount, productivity, and team motivation.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Branch or Showroom Manager in the Automobile (2-Wheeler / EV) or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Solid leadership, team management, and customer negotiation skills.
- Hands-on knowledge of retail operations, cash handling, and vehicle financing tie-ups.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English.
