Role Description The Branch Head is a full time, on-site leadership role based in South Delhi, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the assigned branch. This position manages academic delivery, staff performance, student experience, and overall center administration to ensure alignment with UK International’s quality standards and brand values. Key tasks include supervising admissions and counseling processes, monitoring class schedules, ensuring timely and effective training delivery, and supporting placement and career services initiatives.

The Branch

Head will lead and mentor the branch team,



coordinate with central office on academic and marketing activities, manage budgets and resource utilization, and maintain compliance with institutional policies. The role also involves building strong relationships with students, parents, and industry partners to enhance the branch’s reputation and performance.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in branch or center management, preferably in education, vocational training, or beauty and wellness.
- Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse staff members.
- Proficiency in operations management, including scheduling, administrative processes, and resource planning.
- Effective communication, counseling, and customer service skills for interacting with students, parents, and external partners.
- Experience with sales, admissions, and basic marketing activities to support enrollment and brand visibility.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, including comfort with using basic data, reports, and KPIs to drive decisions.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in education management, business administration, or beauty and wellness is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, with flexibility to coordinate events, workshops, and extended hours when required.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry, salon operations, or cosmetology education is highly desirable.
