Role & responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall warehouse/branch operations.

- Handle inward and outward movement of materials.

- Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of materials.

- Maintain accurate inventory/stock records and conduct regular stock verification.

- Monitor material reconciliation and investigate stock discrepancies.

- Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including allocating daily tasks.

- Coordinate with logistics, transporters, vendors and internal teams.

- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of materials.

- Maintain daily MIS reports, stock reports and operational trackers.

- Ensure proper documentation for all material movements.

- Monitor warehouse safety, security, housekeeping and compliance.

- Handle day-to-day operational issues and ensure their timely resolution.

- Coordinate with management regarding branch performance, inventory and operational requirements.

- Ensure proper utilization of warehouse space and resources.

- Take responsibility for the overall performance and smooth functioning of the warehouse branch.
