Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Brand Development Officers to join our team. The role involves promoting our products/services, developing new customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting the growth of our brand in the assigned area.

Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and create awareness about company products and services.
- Identify and approach potential customers.
- Generate new leads through field visits, calls, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Explain product features, benefits, and offers to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct market visits and identify recent business opportunities.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
- Maintain basic customer and sales records.
- Submit regular reports to the reporting manager.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.

Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.




- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
