We are hiring Branch Internship Gold Loan Executives for a 6-month stipend-based internship with Muthoot Finance Ltd. This chance is suitable for graduate freshers who want to build a career in gold loan operations, banking, customer service, and relationship management.

Candidates who successfully complete the 6-month internship will have an opportunity to progress to the Junior Relationship Executive (JRE) role based on performance.

Key Responsibilities Branch Gold Loan Operations:

Assist with day-to-day gold loan branch operations.

Support administrative activities and data entry.

Perform backend follow-ups related to branch operations.

Assist the team with maintaining accurate customer and transaction records.

Support branch staff in completing assigned operational activities.

Customer Service Handle customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.

Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers.

Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate banking or gold loan services.

Support customers throughout the branch service process.

Sales & Marketing Assist the team in identifying and acquiring new customers.

Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.

Conduct in-house calls for customer engagement and promotional activities.

Assist in local marketing and branch-level promotional activities.





Support the team in achieving assigned business objectives.

Education Job Requirements

Graduate Freshers

Any degree

Eligible Batch Candidates who passed out between 2023 and 2026 Experience Freshers are eligible.

Language Requirements No prior work experience is required.

Strong communication skills in the local/regional language.

Candidates should have a friendly and customer-first approach.
