Telecaller – NGO Fundraising Process

We are hiring

Telecallers for an

NGO fundraising process

. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential donors, explaining the NGO's cause, and encouraging them to contribute towards fundraising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential donors as part of the NGO fundraising process.

- Explain the NGO's mission, social initiatives, and fundraising requirements to potential donors.

- Communicate professionally and build trust with donors over the phone.

- Encourage interested individuals to make one-time or recurring contributions.

- Follow up with potential donors who have shown interest.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, donor responses, and follow-ups.

- Handle donor queries and provide relevant information regarding the fundraising campaign.

- Coordinate with the fundraising team to achieve daily and monthly objectives.

- Maintain a positive, polite,



and professional approach during every interaction.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Comfortable making outbound calls.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Hindi communication skills are preferred.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, customer support, or fundraising will be an added advantage.

- Freshers can also apply.

Working Details

- Office Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Weekly Off: Sunday
