We are looking to hire Onsite Tele Sales Agents for a UAE-based perfume e-commerce company. The sales operations will be managed from Bangalore, while the target customers will be based in the UAE market.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Strong Malayalam, English and Hindi communication skills are preferred.
- Knowledge of any additional language, particularly Arabic, will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in telesales, customer conversion, or e-commerce sales is preferred.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with daily and monthly sales targets.
- Good verbal communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads into orders.
- Basic computer and CRM skills are required for updating customer information, order status and sales data.
- Valuable follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Candidates should be energetic, disciplined and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities





- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Promote and sell perfume products to customers in the UAE.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, fragrance profiles, offers and pricing clearly.
- Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.
- Follow up with interested, pending and previously contacted customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams regarding order confirmation and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily sales records and provide regular performance updates.
- Work towards improving conversion rates, order value and overall sales performance.

Product knowledge and complete training on the perfumes, sales process, CRM and UAE customer market will be provided by the company. Since this is a newly established company/team, we are looking for candidates who are motivated, target-driven and interested in growing with the organization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
