- Boutique / Tailoring Shop Manager

- We are looking for a female candidate to manage and supervise a boutique tailoring shop.

- The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, order management, work allocation, quality checking, and overall shop operations.

- The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, customer-friendly, and capable of coordinating with tailors effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customers professionally and understand their tailoring requirements.

- Take customer orders and record all necessary details accurately.

- Manage order scheduling and ensure timely completion of orders.

- Allocate work to tailors based on order requirements and priority.

- Monitor the progress of tailoring and alteration work.





- Coordinate with tailors and ensure assigned work is completed on time.

- Check the quality, fitting, finishing, and accuracy of completed products.

- Identify and communicate any required corrections or alterations.

- Handle customer queries, feedback, and order-related concerns.

- Maintain proper records of orders, deliveries, and pending work.

- Manage day-to-day activities and operations of the boutique.

- Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and customer-friendly.

- Coordinate overall workflow to ensure smooth shop operations.
