Job Role

- Boutique Sales Executive – Premium & High-Value Sales

- Handle premium and high-value customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and purchase intent.

- Recommend suitable premium products based on customer needs.

- Generate leads, follow up on enquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed orders.

- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling.

- Build robust relationships with premium clients and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.

- Achieve and exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and professionally handle premium and high-value clients.

- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.

- Explain product features, pricing, customization options, and value-added services.

- Convince customers to purchase premium products, upgrades, and additional offerings.

- Generate leads through enquiries, referrals, events, exhibitions, and client appointments.

- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and order details.





- Manage the complete sales process from enquiry and quotation to order confirmation and delivery coordination.

- Follow up regularly with customers regarding pending enquiries and quotations.

- Handle customer objections confidently and convert them into sales opportunities.

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, customization, alterations, billing, and delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, orders, sales, follow-ups, and customer details.

- Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Participate in exhibitions, promotional events, and customer appointments when required.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
