About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Blue Collar Manager to manage and oversee the complete lifecycle of our blue-collar workforce. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in blue-collar recruitment, workforce management, attendance, employee engagement, compliance, and contractor management.

Hands-on experience with NAPS/NATS is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of blue-collar employees, from recruitment and onboarding to deployment and exit formalities.
- Plan and execute blue-collar hiring as per business and manpower requirements.
- Manage and coordinate with manpower agencies, contractors, and other workforce partners.
- Handle NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs, including registration, documentation, onboarding, compliance, and coordination.
- Ensure timely deployment and availability of manpower across different requirements.
- Monitor attendance, absenteeism, attrition, shift schedules, and workforce productivity.
- Maintain accurate employee and workforce records.
- Coordinate with payroll and HR teams regarding attendance, salary inputs, deductions, and other employee-related matters.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workforce-related issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and contractors to ensure smooth workforce operations.
- Monitor manpower costs and support workforce planning.
- Prepare regular reports related to manpower, attendance, attrition, hiring,



and workforce performance.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives for blue-collar employees.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for all blue-collar employees and apprentices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in blue-collar workforce management, HR operations, or manpower management.
- Mandatory experience with NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs.
- Strong experience in blue-collar recruitment and workforce management.
- Experience managing manpower agencies, contractors, and third-party workforce.
- Good knowledge of attendance, shift management, employee engagement, and attrition management.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Good problem-solving and people-management abilities.
- Strong MS Excel and HRMS skills.
- Ability to manage a large workforce in a fast-paced workplace.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with proven experience managing blue-collar workforce and apprenticeship programs will be preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of NAPS/NATS processes and compliance.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple workforce-related activities.
- Strong ownership, accountability, and stakeholder-management skills.
