- 3D Modeling & Design: Create, update, and maintain detailed 3D MEP models using Revit, focusing on accuracy.

- Clash Detection & Coordination: Identify and resolve interferences between MEP systems and structural/architectural components using Navisworks.

- Documentation: Generate 2D construction documents, shop drawings, riser diagrams, and fabrication drawings from 3D models.

- Standards Compliance: Maintain Project BIM standards, modeling protocols, and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.

- Scan-to-BIM: Convert point cloud data/laser scans into accurate Revit models.

- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
