We're Hiring | Junior BIM Modeller — Architecture & Facade | Ahmedabad (In office) | Full-time | 0–2 years /n At BIM Tree LLP, we deliver BIM and facade documentation for projects across the GCC, USA and India — from high-rise towers to complex curtain wall packages. /n We're looking for someone at the start of their journey who wants to learn how real project documentation actually works — not just push geometry. /n What you'll do /n /n

- Model architectural elements in Revit to project LOD and standards

/n

- Set up sheets, views, tags, dimensions and title blocks for issue

/n

- Build and edit Revit families as per project requirements

/n

- Support the facade team on panel layouts and shop drawing sheets

/n

- Convert CAD backgrounds, mark-ups and sketches into clean BIM output

/n

- Follow naming conventions, worksets and file hygiene without being reminded

/n /n What we're looking for /n /n

- B.Arch / Diploma in Civil or Architecture / Architectural Draughtsman

/n

- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates with strong Revit skills are welcome)





/n

- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD

/n

- Ability to read architectural drawings and understand what they mean

/n

- Attention to detail — we care more about accuracy than speed

/n

- Willingness to learn facade documentation from the ground up

/n /n Bonus points for Navisworks /n /n

- Dynamo basics

/n

- Enscape/Twinmotion

/n

- Excel

/n

- Any facade or shop drawing exposure
