Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeller – Architectural / Structural to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate 3D BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with engineering teams, and delivering projects according to client standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural and structural projects.
- Prepare detailed plans, elevations, sections, GA drawings, shop drawings, and construction drawings.
- Create structural models for steel and RCC structures.
- Model structural elements including beams, columns, slabs, walls, foundations, stairs, and connections.
- Review architectural and structural drawings and identify discrepancies or clashes.
- Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models where required.
- Perform BIM model coordination and clash detection.
- Prepare BIM-based quantity take-offs and schedules where required.
- Incorporate design changes and client/consultant comments into BIM models.
- Maintain model accuracy and follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, detailers, and project managers.




- Ensure drawings and models are delivered within project schedules.
- Support the QA/QC team in reviewing BIM models and drawings.

Required Software Skills

Essential:

- Autodesk Revit – Architecture / Structure
- AutoCAD

Preferred:

- Navisworks
- Tekla Structures
- BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Other BIM coordination tools

Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related discipline.
- 4 years of relevant experience in BIM modelling.
- Candidates with strong practical BIM modelling skills will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong knowledge of Revit modelling and documentation.
- Understanding of RCC and structural steel construction.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to meet project deadlines.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
