About the RoleWe are looking for a BIM Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Structural and/or MEP BIM modelling. The candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Structural and MEP BIM models as per project requirements.
- Work on Revit-based BIM modelling and prepare coordinated models.
- Understand and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Perform clash detection and coordination between disciplines.
- Prepare BIM drawings, layouts, schedules, and documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and other BIM team members.
- Identify modelling/coordination issues and support timely resolution.
- Maintain BIM standards, naming conventions, and model quality.
- Support BOQ/quantity take-off and project documentation when required.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of relevant BIM experience.




- Strong hands-on knowledge of Revit.
- Expertise in Structural BIM and/or MEP BIM.
- Good understanding of multidisciplinary BIM coordination.
- Ability to read and understand 2D CAD drawings.
- Knowledge of Navisworks / clash detection is preferred.
- Good understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within project timelines.

Preferred
- Experience working on commercial, institutional, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of BIM workflows, LOD requirements, and model coordination.
- Experience with Revit Structure, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
