Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed electrical drawing sets in compliance with US standards.

- Perform conduit modeling and coordination, including lighting fixtures, devices, and equipment placement as per Design Development (DD) drawings.

- Interpret and work effectively from design and construction drawings.

- Create and manage Revit electrical families and work with point cloud data.

- Prepare conceptual, presentation, and working drawings aligned with project requirements.

- Set up and manage project files in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Docs.

- Support documentation workflows using Dynamo (automation scripting preferred).

- Execute BIM modeling and detailing from pre-construction through handover phases.

- Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.





- Maintain transparent and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) from a reputed institution.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in BIM detailing for US commercial construction projects.

- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD® and Revit.

- Proficiency in Navisworks and Bluebeam.

- Solid understanding of space planning principles (additional software knowledge is an advantage).

- Excellent collaboration, organizational, and communication skills.

- Willingness to work from the Pune office.
