n Company Description n Salient is a multidisciplinary design practice working across architecture, landscape, interiors, urban design, and master planning.

n We are looking for a BIM Architect with strong architectural understanding, technical proficiency, and experience in developing and coordinating BIM-based project workflows.

n Role Description n The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing and managing architectural BIM models, coordinating multidisciplinary information, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across project documentation from design development through execution.

n Key Responsibilities n

- Develop and manage architectural BIM models across different project stages
n
- Prepare coordinated drawings, details, schedules, and construction documentation
n
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, and MEP teams
n
- Identify and resolve model clashes, documentation issues, and coordination gaps
n
- Maintain BIM standards, model accuracy, and consistency across project deliverables

Qualifications n

n
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch or equivalent)
n
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience
