Role: BIM Architects -Interior Design

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Architect with solid Interior Design experience to join our Design team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about transforming interior design concepts into detailed, construction-ready BIM models and documentation.

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in developing Interior Detailed Design (DD), GFC (Good for Construction), and IFC (Issued for Construction) drawings. The role requires expertise in Revit/BIM workflows

BIM & Documentation

- Develop and deliver high-quality Detailed Design (DD), GFC, and IFC drawings using Revit/BIM platforms.
- Prepare comprehensive architectural and interior fit-out documentation with accurate detailing.
- Convert conceptual and schematic designs into construction-ready drawings.
- Ensure all drawings accurately reflect the approved design intent and project requirements.

Interior Design Coordination




- Prepare detailed interior documentation including:
- Joinery details
- Furniture layouts
- Ceiling plans
- Flooring layouts
- Interior elevations
- Material and finishing details
- Coordinate interior packages with architectural and engineering disciplines.

Quality & Standards
- Maintain BIM standards, project documentation quality, and design consistency.
- Follow company design guidelines and construction documentation standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and authority regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- B.Tech Civil (preferred for BIM documentation experience)

Experience
- 4.5+ years of experience in Architectural BIM Documentation.
- Strong exposure to Interior Design projects and construction documentation.
- Experience in preparing DD, GFC, IFC, and working drawings.
