Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Executive to manage invoicing, billing accuracy, and financial documentation for Ajax SLCM Truck Product operations in Udaipur. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Excel and SAP, ensuring smooth billing workflows and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices for Ajax SLCM Truck Product sales and services.
- Maintain billing records, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Process and validate billing data in SAP and generate reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors.
- Support compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Assist in monthly closing activities and provide billing-related MIS reports.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Robust proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Software.




- Knowledge of billing processes, taxation, and compliance in the automotive/construction equipment sector.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in billing/accounts, preferably in automotive or construction equipment industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
