Position: Billing ExecutiveLocation: DieCuts MartDepartment: Accounts / Billing

Job Responsibilities

- Generate and process customer bills and invoices accurately.
- Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain daily billing records and sales reports.
- Verify product details, prices, discounts, and payment information.
- Assist customers with billing-related queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team and store staff for smooth billing operations.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Maintain billing software and update records as required.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding billing and customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience preferred.




- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced retail environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of MS Excel and POS billing systems.
- Basic accounting and record-keeping skills.
- Teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
