About the Role

Divyakush Constructions is looking for an experienced Freelance Billing Engineer to support construction projects with accurate measurement, billing, quantity estimation, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare RA Bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills .
- Prepare and verify BOQ, quantity take-offs, and measurements .
- Check contractor/vendor bills against actual site work.
- Prepare MB (Measurement Book) and measurement sheets.
- Track executed quantities and project progress.
- Verify material consumption and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, and clients .
- Identify billing discrepancies and resolve measurement issues.
- Support cost estimation and variation/additional work billing .
- Maintain accurate billing records and project documentation.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge of Civil Construction Billing .
- Experience with BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, RA Bills and Final Billing .
- Good knowledge of construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD .
- Understanding of PEB/steel and civil construction is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Civil Engineering / Diploma in Civil Engineering with relevant billing experience.
