Role Description The Billing Engineer Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role oversees all billing and quantity estimation activities for construction projects, ensuring accurate measurement, verification, and certification of work completed. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing bills of quantities, coordinating with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams, and reconciling contractor invoices with project records.

Manager tracks project costs against budgets, supports tender documentation, and ensures compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.



This position also involves guiding and mentoring billing and engineering staff, improving billing processes, and providing regular reports and insights to senior management to support efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Engineering Management and Project Management skills to oversee billing operations and support end-to-end project delivery.
- Candidates should possess proven Team Leadership skills to manage billing engineers, collaborate with site teams, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of Software Development and Integration concepts, with the ability to work with or implement billing, ERP, and project management software tools.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in quantity surveying, billing, and cost estimation for construction projects, including familiarity with relevant codes and standards.
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or a closely related field.
- Experience in billing and contract management within the construction or infrastructure sector, preferably in multi-sector projects.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, coordinate with field teams, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
