Bid / Proposal Manager – India Practice / Uk Team

Location: Mumbai / Delhi

Job Summary

We are seeking a Bid / Proposal skilled to manage the end-to-end proposal development process for client opportunities. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to develop high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete bid and proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification to final submission

- Collaborate with partners, pursuit leaders, and subject matter experts to develop compelling proposal responses

- Review client RFP requirements and ensure compliance with proposal guidelines and quality standards

- Develop proposal structures, storyboards, and win themes tailored to each opportunity

- Coordinate with design, research, and pricing teams to produce high-quality submissions

- Track proposal timelines and maintain the pursuit pipeline and reporting

- Conduct detailed reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency,



and compliance with proposal requirements

- Support process improvements and contribute to proposal best practices

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to improve proposal success rates

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- MBA or advanced degree preferred

Experience

- Senior Executive: 4+ years of relevant experience

- Manager: 8+ years of relevant experience managing complex proposals

Skills Required

- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- Experience managing multiple bids under tight deadlines

- Good understanding of RFP processes and proposal compliance

- Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint

- Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-location teams

- Familiarity with UK RFP pursuits is an added advantage
