About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented BFSI Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for positions across the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance sector. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of BFSI hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to understand business requirements and identify suitable candidates within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management and joining.
- Understand hiring requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies for different BFSI positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, social media and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on experience, technical/functional skills, qualifications, location, compensation and job fit.
- Handle recruitment for roles across:

- Retail Banking
- Corporate & Investment Banking

- Wealth Management
- Credit & Risk
- Sales & Relationship Management
- Operations & Back Office

- Insurance

- NBFC

- FinTech

- Capital Markets

- Financial Services
- Conduct initial candidate discussions and assess candidates against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage offer negotiations, documentation and joining formalities.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for current and future requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of candidate information in the ATS/recruitment portal.
- Track recruitment metrics such as sourcing numbers, submissions, interviews, selections, offers and joining ratios.
- Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand changing requirements and provide suitable profiles.
- Ensure high-quality candidate submissions while minimizing duplicate profiles and irrelevant submissions.

Key Skills Required
- Strong experience in BFSI recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills.
- Good understanding of BFSI job functions and market trends.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience with recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn and other hiring platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet TAT and recruitment targets.
- Good follow-up and candidate relationship management skills.
- Strong MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment database/ATS skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with significant exposure to BFSI hiring.
- Experience in agency recruitment/RPO/corporate recruitment will be an advantage.
- Candidates who have handled bulk hiring as well as niche BFSI positions will be preferred.
- Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
