Salary Up to - Rs 40K per month
Location: Remote/Bengaluru
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on target companies and prospects.
- Initiating conversations via cold outreach to generate interest is a plus.
- Track buying signals (like funding, new hires, or M&A;) to find timely opportunities.
- Build and manage targeted account lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Maintain and enrich CRM data to ensure accuracy for sales outreach.
Skills Requirements:
- Strong research skills.
- Previous experience as a BDR or in an Inside Sales role is highly preferred.
- A background in or understanding of the recruitment/hiring industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency with various research and outreach tools.
- Valuable communication skills
