Designation - BDM Channel - CSC vertical ctc upto 3.25lpa +incentives Responsible for delivering superior customer service by handling policy servicing requests, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction in line with company standards and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in customers and resolve service requests (policy changes, premium payments, surrender, loan, etc.)
- Process policy-related transactions in system within defined TAT and accuracy parameters
- Educate customers on policy features, renewal process, and digital service options
- Maintain updated records and ensure compliance with IRDAI and company norms
- Coordinate with branch sales and operations teams for issue resolution
- Generate and submit daily service reports to the CSC Manager
