Business Development Manager – Bancassurance

Location: As per branch allocation

CTC: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA

Role: Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets via bank partnerships

Build solid relationships with branch managers & staff

Support sales through joint customer meetings & illustrations Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals & bank data

Train bank staff on products and selling skills

KPI: Target achievement, branch activation & productivity Interested
