About InstaHelp InstaHelp is Urban Company’s home-help service category, connecting customers with service professionals who assist with everyday household tasks.

- Drive service professional (PX) acquisition for the InstaHelp category.
- Identify and recruit suitable maids/home-help professionals through field sourcing.
- Conduct daily field visits, BTL activities, local outreach, and community-level sourcing.
- Approach potential professionals, explain the opportunity, and generate interest.
- Screen candidates based on eligibility and category requirements.
- Support candidates throughout the registration and onboarding process.
- Ensure recruited professionals complete onboarding and become active on the platform.
- Take ownership of assigned locations and build a strong professional network.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and activation targets.
- Explore recent sourcing channels, including residential communities, local networks, referrals, and other on-ground sources.




- Build long-term relationships with service professionals and support them throughout their onboarding journey.
- Track field activities, leads, recruitment, onboarding, and activation performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard suitable women professionals for the InstaHelp category.
- Generate candidates through BTL activities, field visits, referrals, and community outreach.
- Explain the platform, role, and earning opportunity to prospective professionals.
- Screen and guide candidates through registration and onboarding.
- Follow up with recruited professionals to ensure successful activation.
- Develop and maintain a strong local professional network.
- Meet assigned acquisition and activation targets.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment and field activities.
- Identify new sourcing opportunities within assigned locations.
