BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (BDA) – CALICUTJob Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associates to join our Calicut team. The role involves connecting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, providing course guidance, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle student leads through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents professionally.
- Follow up consistently with prospective students.
- Convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve daily, weekly,



and monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Participate in seminars and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with Academic Counselling, Marketing, and Branch teams.
- Maintain solid relationships with students and parents.

Requirements
- Any Degree or Diploma preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Sales, EdTech, Telecalling, or Academic Counselling is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam and good English communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and follow-up abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
