Business Development Associate (BDA) – IT Services

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) with 1+ year of experience in business development, B2B sales, lead generation, or IT services sales.

Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, and online research.
- Identify potential clients, companies, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
- Promote software development, IT solutions, consulting, and technology services.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and company profiles.
- Maintain and update leads and opportunities in CRM.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and build long-term client relationships.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or IT Sales.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong English verbal and written communication.
- Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, and lead-generation tools.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Experience working with US or international clients is a plus.
- Knowledge of software development or IT consulting services is preferred.
