About the Role
Hunger Land Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic and responsible Barista to join our team in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate should have a passion for beverages and customer service and be comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, mocktails, shakes, cold beverages and other drinks as per café standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders and other beverage equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, presentation and portioning.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar/beverage preparation area.
- Keep beverage ingredients, equipment and supplies properly stocked.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Assist with other café operations when required.
- Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and customer service.
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred but freshers with a genuine interest in learning are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is an advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer-service skills.
- Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
