Barista – Café

Role: Barista – Café

Experience: 1–3 years in café/barista operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold beverages and other café products.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders and other café equipment.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
- Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee counter and equipment.
- Manage daily mise en place and stock of coffee, milk and other ingredients.
- Follow standard recipes and portion controls.
- Handle customer queries and requests efficiently.
- Support smooth café operations during busy hours.
- Minimize wastage and maintain proper inventory.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of latte art is an advantage.
- Good customer-service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café workplace.
- Well-groomed, friendly and professional personality.
- Teamwork and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
