Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bar Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Bar

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, including supervising bar staff, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards. The role includes monitoring inventory, coordinating with suppliers, controlling costs, and maintaining accurate records of stock, sales, and cash handling.

Manager will design and update beverage menus, support promotions,



and collaborate with the wider food and beverage team to deliver a seamless guest experience. The position also requires training and mentoring staff, resolving guest concerns, and maintaining a welcoming, professional atmosphere in the bar area.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service skills to ensure positive guest experiences and effective issue resolution.
- Sound knowledge of food & beverage operations, including bar service, menu offerings, and hygiene standards.
- Effective communication abilities for coordinating with staff, management, and guests.
- Experience in training and coaching bar or food & beverage teams to maintain service quality.
- Sales skills to support beverage promotions, upselling, and revenue generation.
- Previous bar management or supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic POS and inventory systems.
- Relevant diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage.
