Job Brief:

- We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. This role involves driving the growth of the bank's microfinance and business banking portfolio by delivering exceptional sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a thorough understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with microfinance and business banking clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets by promoting the bank’s financial products and services, including loans, deposits, and other banking solutions.
- Conduct detailed financial assessments and credit appraisals to evaluate client eligibility and risk profiles.




- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and internal policies during the sales and service processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage the loan portfolio to minimize non-performing assets and ensure timely recovery.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- Identify and pursue current business opportunities through market research and networking within the assigned territory.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of client retention and trust.
