Job Brief:

- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and service excellence within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide targets for financial products and services.
- Identify and engage potential customers to expand the bank’s market presence and increase the customer base.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice and solutions to customers, aligning products with their individual needs and financial goals.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all sales and service activities.
