Job Brief:

- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join AU Small Finance Bank Limited's Sales and Service department. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and service excellence within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and bank-wide financial targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers while maintaining and deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice and product solutions aligned with customer needs and bank policies.




- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all sales and service activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
