Job Brief:- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our Sales and Service team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the financial services sector. This position requires a strong understanding of banking products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:-

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and expand the customer base in alignment with the bank’s objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial product advice and services to customers, including deposits, loans, and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.




- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and risk management procedures during all sales and service activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth processing of customer transactions and resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and recommend product enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest banking products, services, and compliance requirements.
- Support branch operations by assisting in cash management, documentation, and audit processes as needed.
