Job Brief:

- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our Sales and Service department. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position requires a solid understanding of financial products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and expand the bank’s customer base in alignment with AU Small Finance Bank’s objectives.
- Identify potential clients and conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate financial products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.




- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during sales and service processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless service delivery and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and product enhancement.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure timely loan repayments and address any service-related issues.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new products, services, and industry best practices.
- Support branch operations by assisting in account opening, documentation verification, and transaction processing as needed.
