Job Brief:

- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our Sales and Service team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of banking products, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the bank's growth in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's financial products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate banking solutions including loans, deposits, and investment products.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively sourcing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.




- Conduct detailed financial assessments and credit appraisals to ensure suitability and compliance with bank policies.
- Provide end-to-end service support including account opening, KYC verification, and transaction processing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Stay updated with the latest banking regulations, market trends, and competitor activities to advise customers effectively.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to senior management for strategic planning.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in all customer interactions and documentation.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
