Job Brief:

- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our Sales and Service department. The role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales of banking products, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering robust customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of financial products and market dynamics within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets for various banking products including loans, deposits, and investment services.
- Identify and acquire new customers through proactive outreach and relationship management within the assigned territory.
- Provide comprehensive financial advice and product information to customers, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk profiles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, compliance requirements,



and internal policies to ensure all transactions adhere to legal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Facilitate customer onboarding processes, including documentation verification, KYC compliance, and account setup.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to enhance team performance and service quality.
- Participate in community outreach programs and promotional events to enhance the bank’s brand presence and customer engagement.
