Job Brief:

- We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven professional to join our Sales and Service team at AU Small Finance Bank Limited. This role involves managing and expanding the bank's customer base by delivering exceptional financial services and solutions tailored to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies, customer relationship management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets and expand the customer base in alignment with the bank’s objectives.
- Provide comprehensive financial product advice and services to customers, including deposits, loans, and investment products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate banking solutions that meet customer requirements.




- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines, including KYC, AML, and internal audit standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline service delivery and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to senior management.
