We're hiring for a leading Life Insurance Company Channel - Banca Channel Location - Gokak CTC - 3.4 - 4LPA + incentives Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with bank branches and banking partners.
- Drive insurance sales through the banca channel.
- Train and motivate bank staff on insurance products.
- Generate leads, achieve sales targets, and ensure business growth.
- Support customer acquisition and policy issuance.
- Maintain regular branch visits and track sales performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in insurance, banking, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication, relationship-management, and sales skills.
- Target-oriented with positive knowledge of insurance products.
