Job Title: Relationship Officer – Bancassurance Channel

Location: Banswara

CTC: Up to ₹4 LPA (based on experience & interview performance)

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and drive insurance sales through partner bank branches
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with branch staff to ensure consistent referrals
- Conduct need-based selling and financial planning discussions with walk-in/bank customers
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Ensure accurate documentation and smooth policy issuance process
- Provide after-sales service and support to policyholders
- Coordinate with the bank branch team for joint calls and daily reviews

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate in any discipline
- 1–6 years of sales experience (Insurance/Banking/BFSI preferred); freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered
- Age: 21–35 years
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
- Local candidates from Banswara
