Experience: 2–5 years in bakery/food production management preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily bakery production and operations
- Supervise bakery staff and allocate work efficiently
- Maintain quality, taste, hygiene, and food-safety standards
- Monitor raw materials, inventory, and wastage
- Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of products
- Develop and maintain production schedules
- Handle staff training and day-to-day team coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and proper bakery practices
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a bakery, hotel, or food-production unit(Preferred)
- Good knowledge of bakery products and production processes
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Responsible, organized, and quality-focused
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
