ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative Bakery Innovator who can develop new bakery and dessert products, experiment with flavours, and improve existing recipes for TBWX and other associate ventures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and test new waffles, cakes, desserts, fillings, sauces, and bakery products.
- Experiment with new flavours, toppings, textures, and product combinations.
- Improve existing recipes for better taste, consistency, and cost efficiency.
- Standardize recipes and portion sizes.
- Research new bakery and dessert trends.
- Develop seasonal and limited-edition products.
- Ensure new products can be easily prepared across multiple outlets.
- Maintain hygiene and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good practical knowledge of baking and desserts.
- Creative and interested in product experimentation.
- Knowledge of waffles, cakes, chocolates, fillings, and sauces.
- Degree/Diploma in Bakery, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- Freshers with solid practical baking skills may also apply.
