About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of baking, cake preparation, decoration, and maintaining consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake cakes, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, breads, puffs burger , pizza , and other bakery products.
- Prepare and decorate customized and theme cakes according to customer requirements.
- Handle cake frosting, piping, fillings and basic cake decoration techniques.
- Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency in taste, texture and presentation.
- Prepare and organize ingredients before production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.




- Properly store ingredients and finished products.
- Monitor product quality and minimize wastage.
- Assist in developing new products and seasonal specials.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is preferred.
- Good knowledge of baking and cake decoration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative, detail-oriented and willing to learn.
- Positive time management and ability to handle multiple orders.
- Knowledge of eggless baking is an advantage.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
