About The Role We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Language Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple language projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.

You will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, translators, interpreters, and internal teams, facilitating smooth communication and workflow. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of language services, and the ability to coordinate complex projects efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions directly impact our clients’ success and satisfaction.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in linguistics, translation, communication, or a related field.



Prior experience in project management within the language services industry is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications is required. A good understanding of translation and localization processes, as well as familiarity with CAT tools, will be advantageous.

The candidate should demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to managing project challenges. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee multiple language projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, translators, interpreters, and internal teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient workflow.
- Review project requirements, scope, and specifications to align resources and timelines accordingly.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays proactively to minimize impact on deliverables.




- Conduct quality checks on translated materials and ensure they meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of project documentation, communications, and revisions.
- Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes and best practices.
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members and freelance linguists as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance project efficiency and quality.
